The poster boards are 2 m high by 1 m wide. They will be installed on Monday morning and removed shortly after 2 PM on Tuesday. The main poster session will be from 17.30 to 19.00 on Monday, when poster presenters will be expected to be at their posters, but posters should be on display from Monday lunchtime until about 13.30 on Tuesday.
Accommodation in Oxford is expensive, unfortunately. Conference attendees can book a room at Wadham on a first-come first-served basis by emailing Wadham College Events Office events@wadham.ox.ac.uk. Please state that you are attending the BSCR Autumn Meeting. Rooms are student rooms with shared bathrooms and cost £87.50 + VAT. Alternatively rooms can be booked in several other Colleges via UniversityRooms.com. Wadham College is on Parks Road near the centre of the city.

Wadham is a 15 minute walk from Oxford Railway Station with regular trains to and from London Paddington Station and Birmingham New Street.
There are regular buses from central London (https://www.checkmybus.co.uk/oxford/london) and London airports (https://www.theairlineoxford.co.uk/).
There is no parking available at Wadham College. A popular Park and Ride system operates from various locations on the Oxford ring road. Cars can be parked for up to 72 hours.
Limited paid parking is available in Oxford City centre.
